We recognise that all children can learn successfully with the right strategies and support.
At St Mary’s Catholic Primary School, we have several specialist Learning Support Teachers and a team of Teacher Assistants to work with students who require additional learning support.
Our Learning Support Program is based on the ‘Nationally consistent collection of data on school students with disability’ (NCCD). This program collects data that enables schools to better understand the needs of students with disabilities and how they can be best supported at school.
Most of all, communicating and working with parents is crucial to achieving the best outcomes for all students in our care.
